Authentic Flow Tribe Training

Jenny is a Teacher Trainer for Authentic Flow Tribe, a global yoga & movement school weaving Somatics, Non-dual Tantra and embodied movement into transformative teacher training.

A Path in Devotion

As a proud member of Authentic Flow Tribe, Jenny Roche brings trainings to the UK on behalf of our Tribe.

Authentic Flow Tribe was founded by Satu Tuomela, one of the world's most respected yoga and somatic movement educators. The school combines Somatics, Non-dual Tantra, Embodied Awakening and Natural Movement into transformative teacher training programmes held around the world, with a deep commitment to inclusivity and raising the voices of women in wellness.

Jenny discovered Authentic Flow Tribe whilst seeking a training that brought the world in rather than asking her to leave it at the door. She continues to be an active and passionate member of this incredible global community.

The Dance

May 1-8th 2027 - £1260 (£150 Deposit)

Somatic Ecstatic Dance

To Dance is to Remember.

When held with integrity, dance becomes a threshold, a sacred place where we meet ourselves, soften our edges, and silence the inner critic. It is a living ritual, where music and movement unite in service of healing, community, and connection.

Across time and culture, indigenous traditions have honoured dance as a gateway to spirit, Earth, and the unseen. Long before modern language, humans danced to pray, to grieve, to celebrate, to call the rains, to summon courage, and to mark transitions of life. Dance was, and remains, a ceremony. A communal heartbeat. A remembering of belonging.

This is not performance.
This is not perfection.
This is remembrance.

This is Dance, as it wishes to be.

We dance.
