Therapeutic Writing with Leonie
A Three week Course Wednesdays 6-7pm (18th, 25th March, 1st April) ONLINE
Join Leonie for a three-week introduction to therapeutic writing! Whether you want to get creative, shake up your journaling practice, or put pen to paper for the first time, this course provides a compassionately held space for self-enquiry and creative expression.
You will be introduced to creative practices including freewriting, writing for presence, writing for truth, writing for release, writing for connection, writing with meditation, poetry for processing, and surreal/experimental writing.
