Hi, I’m Jenny Roche Movement

I first discovered Yoga as a dance student and initially attended Yoga as a way to inform and strengthen my body as a dancer. It wasn’t until I was a busy, young working Mum craving space that my practice started to evolve and a deeper sense of self and consciousness came to awareness on the mat.

I am now a Somatic Coach , Director of Rise Academy and A Teacher Trainer for Authentic Flow Tribe

  • Nope! On top of being a fully accredited Tantra Yoga & Dance Teacher/Trainer I am also a qualified Somatic Coach & Therapist as well as a specialist in Embodied Astrology

  • Comfortable clothing, a yoga mat, and a willingness to try. Blocks, straps, and bolsters can be helpful but aren’t necessary for beginners.

  • Yoga is a mind-body practice that combines physical postures, breathing exercises, meditation, and ethical principles to promote physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

Yoga originated in ancient India over 5,000 years ago and is deeply rooted in Indian philosophy and spirituality.

Benefits include improved flexibility, strength, balance, stress reduction, better sleep, increased mindfulness, and overall physical and mental health.

  • Somatic coaching is an approach that integrates the mind and body to facilitate personal transformation and growth. It operates on the premise that our physical state influences our thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. By focusing on bodily sensations, movements, and awareness, somatic coaching helps individuals uncover deeper insights about themselves and their experiences.

During a somatic coaching session, clients may engage in practices such as mindfulness, breathwork, and movement exercises. These techniques encourage clients to become more attuned to their physical sensations and explore how these relate to their emotional and mental states. This holistic perspective allows individuals to identify patterns, release tension, and make more
